The Cancer Rehabilitation Fellowship is a 1-year program designed to give fellows the flexibility to explore their career interests in academia, administration, clinical care and research related to cancer rehabilitation. The fellowship is offered at Atrium Health Carolinas Rehabilitation, the first hospital ever accredited in cancer rehabilitation by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).

Carolinas Rehabilitation has continued to lead the cancer rehabilitation field and will expose fellows to a deep yet broad curriculum that covers treatment and care management of oncology survivors, with a special focus on functional deficits secondary to cancer and its treatment and symptomatic intervention to improve quality of life.
